Sales Technology Manager 


The Sales Technology Manager will be responsible for consistent collaboration with our sales leaders, project stakeholders, development team and other departments to manage and improve existing technology and identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions for new technologies.


You will be accountable for documenting sales interactions and process maps as well as associated high-level business requirements for new applications or enhancements to existing tools. You will then partner with key business leaders to help develop cogent project plans and requirements to support the intake process and execute on project implementation with the dev team. You will be involved with the Sales Operations Manager and sales managers to drive improvements in the sales process which will be enabled by technology. 


You will also coordinate and project-manage existing technology operations, while performing regular technology administrative tasks.




  • Acutely listen to feedback from our front-line sales team as well as channel and business leaders to identify opportunities for improving our current sales applications and tools
  • Organize and manage projects across all sales stakeholders, provide updates, initiate training needs, etc.
  • Handle daily technology tasks in Salesforce and other systems such as Setting up new users, providing permissions, updating layouts, templates, building dashboards and reports, adding and updating workflow and process-builder, etc.
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager in understanding trends in the business and develop solutions for tracking metrics and improving performance
  • Develop sales-interaction experiences and associated technology needs and document high-level projects requirements supported by a business case and impact assessment
  • Guide Salesforce Developers to help identify the optimum user experience for new features, processes or data, while participating in some of those tasks such as new layouts, process builder, workflow, etc.
  • Identify gaps and make actionable recommendations for improving tools and applications based on observation, research and analysis
  • Deliver the results-producing technology solutions for our front-line sales teams through communication, training materials and planned rollouts
  • Work with Sales Operations Manager to build and improve dashboards and reports


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency in various applications including Salesforce, GMail, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Suite
  • Proficiency in various social media platforms, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc 
  • Strong Time Management and Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with appropriate follow through and urgency
  • Energetic, passionate, dynamic, and task-driven personality
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-growth, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a high performing, team-oriented environment
